Die Peer-Mentoren werden ihre Fähigkeiten ausbauen und ihre Erfahrungen auf eine Art und Weise teilen, die bei Personen über 50 Jahren Resonanz findet.
Dies wird durch die Teilnahme an einer Schulung für Peer-Mentoren erreicht, die auf internationaler Expertise basiert.
